Cyprus
We are creating a digital map of all religious heritage on the island; every religious building and burial ground of all faiths including the disused and forgotten ones. Next, we will record all the churches, chapels and burials within the British cemeteries in collaboration with the Anglican Church. Work with other faith groups are under discussion.
Barbados
We are developing a project to find, record and protect the burial grounds on the island of Barbados. We are putting special emphasis on those of enslaved people from the Colonial period.
Sanctuary
We've partnered-up with the Future for Religious Heritage (FRH) to create Sanctuary, an online map and register of all religious heritage across Europe.
The pilot will run until mid-2024.
